Commitment to Community

´O´oma Beachside Village is committed to contributing to the larger Kona community. That is why a substantial portion of the project area is dedicated for public use and open space.

•	´O´oma Beachside Village has dedicated approximately a third of the project area for public use and open space.
•	Over 100 acres of open space, parks and joining paths and trails are being planned for residents and the public alike.
•	´O´oma Beachside Village will increase public access to the shoreline and provide additional recreational opportunities for the Kona community.
•	‘O‘oma Beachside Village has committed to creating an 18-acre shoreline park with public parking.
•	´O´oma Beachside Village will feature a network of paths and trails to connect residential areas, commercial mixed-use areas, parks and the shoreline.
•	12 acres of community and neighborhood parks will be distributed throughout.
•	57 acres of the project area will remain landscaped open space.
